Reservation Policy
All Provisional Reservations need to be confirmed with a 50% deposit, 14 days from the booking date.
The due date of the 50% deposit payment is subject to the Arrival Date of the reservation.
The payment due will be stipulated on the Provisional Reservation Confirmation.
The balance due on a Confirmed Reservation is payable on arrival.
We accept Namibian Dollar, South African Rand, Visa and MasterCard.
All Confirmed Reservations are subject to the below Cancellation Policy.
In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full original invoice.
A 10% Administration Fee will be charged on all refunds, irrespective of date of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
30 to 16 Days Prior to Arrival Date – 50%
15 to 01 Days Prior to Arrival Date – 100%
Child Policy
0 to 3yrs Free of Charge
4 to 11yrs 50% of Adult Rate
12yrs and older Adult Rate
